EazzyBiz, developed by Equity, serves as a comprehensive online banking solution tailored for business finance management. It offers a secure and convenient platform for various financial operations.

Users can execute local and international transactions to banks or mobile wallets, facilitate bulk payments, manage multiple direct debit instructions, and oversee cash flows across various accounts. The functionality extends beyond basic banking needs to encompass a wide array of financial management tasks.

The introduction of the Equity Token adds an additional layer of security by allowing users to accept and authorize transactions conducted within EazzyBiz from remote locations. For individuals designated as approvers within their business accounts, the system equips them with the ability to generate secure codes via the Equity Token.

Upon approval, users will receive a token link and a password delivered in separate emails. These credentials must be copied into the application to successfully add the token after accepting the terms of service.

Once successfully integrated, users can access secure codes generated every 30 seconds through the “My codes” tab. To authorize a transaction, users should log in to EazzyBiz, navigate to the Payments section, select the Pending Activities menu, choose the relevant transaction, and click the authorize button. At this point, they will be prompted to enter the code displayed on the Equity Token to finalize the transaction.
